How do the free lessons work?
Sign in and pick any 3 lessons from any topic. Those 3 stay open on your account for good, so you can replay them as often as you like.
Is my progress the same on the web and my phone?
Yes, as long as you sign in with the same Apple or Google account in both places. On Android, sign in with Google.
How do I unlock everything?
In the SIEP app for iPhone or Android, with a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Once unlocked, every lesson is open on the web too.
I bought SIEP but lessons are still locked.
Open the app while signed in with the same account (on iPhone, use Restore purchases if needed), then reload siep.academy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, tap the person button at the top right of Home, then Delete account: your progress, your nest and your free lessons are erased for good. Or email us from the address you signed in with and we'll do it for you.
